This wonderfully savoury bouillon is made with beef knuckle bones sourced from Enright Cattle Company in Tweed, On. The bones are roasted with aromatic vegetables and then simmered for 12 hours with a previously made beef stock. hence, double bone broth. The medicinal properties of this beautiful distillate are not to be underestimated. For strength and energy warm and drink like a cup of tea. The broth is also great used as a base for soups such as classic French onion soup.
