This is a savoury pork pie, meant to be served cool from the refrigerator. The recipe originally comes from the UK from a chef called Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and his restaurant, The River Cottage. It is traditionally served with English mustard, pickles and salad. Our version is made from the wonderful pork shoulder sourced from Haanover View Farms nearby. It is deeply satisfying, a perfect winter lunch or dinner.
